Registration Policy:
Mail or drop off your completed registration form and payment at least 2 weeks prior to first day of the class.
Classes are filled on a first-come first-served basis. Registration
forms without payment and/or a financial aid form will not be accepted
until complete. Classes do fill to maximum capacity frequently. You
will only be contacted if the class has filled before your registration
form was received or if your form is incomplete or unpaid. If you have
any questions, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy:
The OCYL reserves the right to cancel any class that does not have the minimum number of students enrolled. The minimum number varies for each program. Decisions are typically made two weeks prior to the start of the program
School Closings Policy:
When the Cumberland Public Schools are closed, OCYL is closed. When there is a one-hour delay, classes will be held at their usual time. When there is a PM closing (no after-school activities) for the schools, OCYL programs are also canceled for PM.
Refund Policy:
Full refunds are given only
for programs canceled by the OCYL or requested two weeks prior to first
class. Once decisions are made to run the class, we make financial commitments
to teachers and suppliers that cannot be reversed.
OCYL is partnered with a 501c3 non-profit organization, Cumberland Local Education Fund. Donations may be made to "CLEF" and mailed directly to OCYL at any time. Thank you for your generous support!
